Post#1 » by threrf23 » Wed Mar 5, 2008 2:20 am

This question was inevitable. Should we attempt to sign Warrick Dunn?

hes the third back behind maroney and morris if we do...i dont see much interest

and by third i mean hed be fourth on my team because of faulk, i guess it might depend on morris' injury status

With Faulk on the team Dunn would be a bit redundant, especially with what he's probably asking for.

I really, really like Dunn and think he's been criminally underrated throughout his career but he's nothing more than a change-of-pace back now. And we already got like six of those on the roster.

I agree he'd be somewhat redundant with Faulk, but I'd be willing to cut Morris for Dunn, I think it would give us better depth @ RB.

morris is a lot tougher. if we cut morris (im assuming hes going to be fully healthy) we have no inside runner after maroney, whos not the inside the guards runner morris is anyway. that would make evans our only big interior runner...unless you think eckel will stick around
