I am sorry but I have never liked cassel. And in the preseason thought for sure he would be cut.

I tried to get on board the cassel bandwagon, after he threw that first deep pass in his own endzone to moss. But that goal line stand was the last straw. Lets overlook the fact that he couldn't hit moss when moss was open. Ben watson was the target on that PA pass, he looked at the FB, and then decided to tuck and run. Watson was wide open!!

Trading deadline is tuesday, and Chris Mortensen reported that the pats might be looking for a Backup QB, I don't know who is out there, but cassel has got to go.

He just frustrates me so much, I want to DVR the games, and only watch the defense, fast forward the matt cassel parts.

It's just not going to happen. If anything the job will go to O'Connell. But I am with you in your frustration of Cassel.

Cassel is the worst NFL QB I've ever seen. He just stands there grasping the ball for dear life until the pocket collapses on him and he gets swallowed or throws a duck. It's absolutely pathetic. At this point I'd rather have Rex Grossman in there. At least he wouldn't back up into sacks or miss wide open receivers. ARGH! I hate this guy... absolutely hate him. Just pass the reigns to big OC. It's not like he can do any worse at all than Cassel.

Cassel's OK at this point...he'll never replace Brady but he's decent.

But thats good. Some of the things he does still irritates me, but you really can't get on the guy because of the last game he had.

So I guess this is going to be like the dustin pedroia sucks thread on the sox board huh?
