Buffalo Bills @ New England Patriots

TV: ESPN, ABC. Radio: 98.5

Season opener, home opener, this upcoming monday. Cannot wait to see these guys in action.

Plenty of things to watch. Brady, moss, our defense, their offense. But this weeks matchup of the week in my mind is

Shawn Springs vs Terrell Owens.

This has been talked about for a while now. Maybe one of the reasons we targeted Springs. His job, and apparently he's done it well before, is to shut down T.O.

Are you ready for some football!!!

I can't wait! Are the Bills using those uniforms regularly now? I don't recall.

Owens and Moss..my favorite wide receivers head to head..what a way to start the season! I really want to see how our defense holds up, and how Brady handles his first game back. Alot of things to look forward to in this game actually..

I. love. this. team.

Positives
-Brady of old looks to be back.
-Maroney looked like a great runner out there, and I can't tell ya how much I love seeing him return kicks again. Me and a buddy were just talking about that, this pre season.
-Ben friggen Watson, is he the Cassel of this year? Almost cut in pre season then plays like a champion during the regular season.
-Moss is still Moss, outshines T.O. In so many ways.
-Brandon Meriweather is legit, not just because of the play of the game, but he was layin some hits
-Same with Bodden.

Negatives
-Well, there were a few, but I'm not gonna ruin this win. What a f*cking effort by the patriots.

The only thing I do worry about is Mayo. If someone could post here any updates you find, I'd be much appreciative. I hate injuries, even when poz for buffalo went to get X-rays I was saddened.

Anyway, hell of a game.

Touchdown is BACK!!!

what a great game, this was one of those "why I FREAKN LOVE THIS GAME" type of game

Brady was a little rusty early on, but when it mattered most, he finished the game accurate/precise and most importantly....CLUTCH!!!! On his last 2 drives he went 12/14 for 112 yards and 2 TDs (stat from espn) 8-)

I wanna give huge props to Watson, he had some drops early on, but he stuck with it and came up huge late in the 4th.

Moss was fantastic

Welker was a little rusty in the 1st half, surprisingly not on the same page with Brady, but they came out in the 2nd half and got back to business...

what happened to maroney?? he started out great but was replaced early...injury??

I hope mayo is alright

Light was also struggling early on, but had a better 2nd half

This game was crazy, the Pats dominated all the important statistical cats and you would think they would have a solid lead, but in fact they were down....one of the big reasons was b/c they couldn't complete drives to get points on the board

once again, great comeback win....how fitting for Brady to lead a clutch comeback in his return to the game after a year...it was vintage Tom Brady...

Like Old Times

Tom Brady returned on MNF -- in throwback gear, no less. But it took a late turnover to set up Brady's latest heroics, as the Pats beat Buffalo 25-24.

About What You Expected?

Tom Brady was terrific in the second half, but the Pats needed a Bills blunder and a late comeback to win.

Hit the clutch

Tom Brady tossed two fourth-quarter TD passes and the Pats overcame an 11-point deficit with 5:32 left to beat Buffalo 25-24.
