Put your picks out there and lets compare. Use CBS' Draft Chart. Don't choose a player at, say pick 100, if he is rated 95. Trades are allowed.
Here is what I got as a preliminary, tentative plan:
22 - to Chiefs (trade)
33 - from Rams - Jahvid Best, RB, California
36 - from Chiefs - Damian Williams, WR, Southern California
44 - Koa Misi, OLB, Utah
47 - to Rams (trade)
53 - Jimmy Graham, TE, Miami
68 - from Chiefs to Rams (trade)
99 - from Rams - Joe Webb, WR, Alabama-Birmingham
119 - to Chiefs (trade)
136 - from Chiefs - Jeff Owens, DL, Georgia
205 - (compensatory) - Clifton Geathers, DE, South Carolina
229 - Zoltan Mesko, P, Michigan
231 - Shelley Smith, OG, Colorado State
247 - (compensatory) - Sean Canfield, QB, Oregon State
248 - (compensatory) - Alfonso Smith, RB, Kentucky
250 - (compensatory) - Scott Sicko, TE, New Hampshire
Trades:
1. New England trades picks 22 and 119 to Kansas City for picks 36, 68 and 136.
2. New England trades picks 47 and 68 to St Louis for picks 33 and 99.

I like pretty much all your picks but I just wanted to comment on these three.
Dwyer, eh, I am not sold. I think he will have some problems transitioning to the pro game. Hope I am wrong because I do think the Pats are going to get him.
Williams .. I love this pick. Except I think he is going 33 to the Rams. Unless we had the Rams pick. Hence the reason I made the trade with the Rams.
Wilson is a great pick at 119. I just wonder how he will hold up in a 3-4. Of course, if the Pats switch up between 4-3 and 3-4 like they did last year, it's not much of an issue. If i had to venture a guess, Mike Wright is likely the starting RE (facing fierce competition from Myron Pryor and, quite possibly, Ron Brace [though doubtful].) Wilson could be the Marquise Hill developmental player type and I would totally dig that.
I will write up a run-down of why I made my selections shortly.

Re: Who you got?
I do agree with you on Williams. I believe he goes earlier than where I had him. I was very tempted to draft him over Dwyer. I was actually between Dwyer and Hardesty out of Tennessee. My issue with Hardesty is he seems to run a bit upright, but he also has good ball security.
Why I took Dwyer is I like his running style. He doesn't mess around at all, he's a big guy and he hits the holes quickly. There is no dancing around and he seems to me to have enough quickness to succeed in the NFL. Also he's never missed a game in college despite running with a mean streak.

People continually say this is one of the deepest drafts in a long time. I disagree, albeit partly. I think it is a deep draft--- for bang or bust prospects. While there is certainly value to be had at pick 22, I prefer the flexibility that this deal provides. I also think the overall value of the 36th pick is approximately the same quality as that of the 22nd pick.
I think Rams are going QB in the 1st and they are likely taking Bradford. Whether they do that by trading down (Suh is good but who is going to pay out the kind of bread to move up even in an uncapped year?) or keeping the pick-- it doesn't really matter. If I am right, they are going Damian Williams at 33 (though Benn is a possibility but not a good fit, imo.)
I simply want to move around the draft board to get the highest rated player that I have targeted and not simply take the best available player. I realize that others have a different philosophy in this regard.
Botched Pick wrote:33 - from Rams - Jahvid Best, RB, California
He is a first round talent. If employed properly, he brings an entirely different dimension to this team on offense. He also helps a ton in the return game.
Botched Pick wrote:36 - from Chiefs - Damian Williams, WR, Southern California
Again, another first round talent. Dynamic after the catch, good in the return game and would slot into the #2 receiver job right now, imo.
Botched Pick wrote:44 - Koa Misi, OLB, Utah
A lot of other names are more sexy but I really like the strength in this guys hands. I think he could be a minor steal of the draft.
Botched Pick wrote:53 - Jimmy Graham, TE, Miami
Perhaps a bit high but I have a sneaking suspicion that Belichick is on to Graham. Normally, a player with this kind of potential as a playmaker would not fall this far except for injury or the off the field issues. Graham has neither. He is a high-character guy with heaps of upside.
Botched Pick wrote:99 - from Rams - Joe Webb, WR, Alabama-Birmingham
In the same strain as Graham, I present QB-turned-WR Joe Webb.
6-3, 220+ lbs, 4.44 40-yard dash, 42" vertical, 11-5 standing broad jump.
Size, speed, explosive athletic ability. But did any of it show up in games? I would say yes. In his career, he rushed 516 times for 2774 yards and 24 TDs. He is an athlete and, while there will certainly be some growing pains, I think we could have a potential #1 to replace Moss after this season.
Botched Pick wrote:136 - from Chiefs - Jeff Owens, DL, Georgia
Sub-5.00, 300-pounder who put up 44 reps. I think he could be a lot like Myron Pryor in some regards and play both DE/DT in the Patriots system. Yes, he lacks a bit of height (6-1) but I think he could provide great depth on the line.
Botched Pick wrote:205 - (compensatory) - Clifton Geathers, DE, South Carolina
Developmental line prospect with tons of upside and the ability to stop the run. Could really grow into a very, very good player, perhaps borderline star.
Botched Pick wrote:229 - Zoltan Mesko, P, Michigan
I am almost certain the Pats are taking him but when exactly?
Botched Pick wrote:231 - Shelley Smith, OG, Colorado State
Developmental line prospect who could take over for Neal with some seasoning. The pass-blocking is there right now but he needs to improve as a run-blocker.
Botched Pick wrote:247 - (compensatory) - Sean Canfield, QB, Oregon State
Extremely accurate. Good size (6-3 3/4, 225) and mobile. Some injury concerns (throwing shoulder) but he still has enough arm strength and retained his accuracy after the injury. Could be a steal if he doesn't go too high.
Botched Pick wrote:248 - (compensatory) - Alfonso Smith, RB, Kentucky
I actually like RB Stafon Johnson (USC) at this pick but I want more of a speed threat. I am not as down on Maroney as many so I don't see the need to duplicate Maroney with another back that does many of the same things earlier in the draft. That is not to say I am pleased with Maroney just that I am not as convinced he is as ineffective as many proclaim.
Smith runs a sub-4.40, has decent size at 6-0, 209, has experience as a returner and, despite being a senior, should still have tons of life left in his legs moving forward because he wasn't used a ton (though he was somewhat productive when he did play.) Has a decent vertical and could possibly be developed into a David Givens-type receiver. At the very least, he is intriguing.
Botched Pick wrote:250 - (compensatory) - Scott Sicko, TE, New Hampshire
A lot of people may not know about him but at 6-4, 250+, running a 4.56 (perhaps a bit fast as he ran on a rubber surface) with a 35-inch vertical, that on itself is intriguing. He was also very productive, albeit at a lesser level, with 57 catches, 775 yards and 9 touchdowns. I think Jacksonville nabs him in the 6th round but we'll see.

First, I had my Wilsons (CJ, East Carolina and EJ, North Carolina) messed up. I still like your pick but I like it more now.
As to Dwyer, I think he has a lot of Ron Dayne in him. In the right system he can be productive but I think a lot of the reasons he appears to hit the hole quickly is the offensive system of GT. I think NE is definitely interested in him and I am probably wrong about him but we'll see.

22nd Pick- Sean Witherspoon OLB Missouri
I would love the Pats to get their hands on Sean Witherspoon. Very smart player with good quickness. Good blitzer and a natural leader.
sunshinekids99 wrote:44th Pick- Jonathan Dwyer RB Georgia Tech
I already wrote why I like Dwyer. He is a bigger back, so if he can keep his weight in check of course is a concern. I do like his running style and I think he can be a helpful player to the Pats.
sunshinekids99 wrote:47th Pick- Damian Williams WR USC
He could very well not be available for this pick. Very good hands and a nice route runner. Has returning skills and is really a student of the game.
sunshinekids99 wrote:53rd Pick- Sean Lee ILB Penn State
I love this guys motor. Another very smart player and very good tackler. Does have issues in the passing game, so that really needs to improve.
sunshinekids99 wrote:119th Pick- CJ Wilson DE Eastern Carolina
Very good size to help take on that spot left by Seymour. Good tackler and a player that is very good against the run. He could really end up being a steal and fit in very nicely with the NWE system.
sunshinekids99 wrote:190th Pick- Derek Hardman OT Eastern Kentucky
Good size and solid quickness for a man that size (6'5" 305). Everything I've read is that he has a mean streak to him, which I love from OLs.
sunshinekids99 wrote:205th Pick- Seyi Ajirotutu WR Fresno State
6'4" WR that was productive player at Fresno State. Has good hands and very good at one on one jump balls. Does need to improve his route running.
sunshinekids99 wrote:229th Pick- Jeromy Miles S Massachusetts
Very good size 6'2" 215 and speed 4.45 for a safety this late in the draft. Smart player with a good motor. Was very produtive at Massachusetts. Could be a nice special teams players to start.
sunshinekids99 wrote:231st Pick- Dedrick Epps TE University of Miami
Wanted to take a TE earlier, but didn't think they should go ahead of the guys I took. Solid hands and a good route runner.
sunshinekids99 wrote:247th Pick- Mike McLaughlin ILB Boston College
He's a smart guy and a very good tackler. Speed is his issue, but could be a nice reserve ILB at the next level.
sunshinekids99 wrote:248th Pick- Mickey Shuler TE Penn State
Shuler is more of a blocker than reciever. He could be an asset as a third TE and come in at goal line spots.
sunshinekids99 wrote:250th Pick- Manase Tonga FB BYU
He gets taken higher if he doesn't have character issues. He needs to improve his blocking. Solid running the ball with good hands. Said to have a relentless motor.

Re: Who you got?
Based on the CBS rankings and the picks the Pats have I guess this is who I at least want them to get with their top 4 picks. I don't think they will draft in these spots or necessarily even get these players in this order.
22 - Everson Griffen DE/USC He is exactly what they need even if his profile is a little unpatriot, that profile is long gone anyhow.
44 - Golden Tate WR/ND They wanted Harvin last year and they will at least know all they want about him. Probably have to trade up to get him or more likely take him at 22 and then trade up to get Griffen.
47 - Jonathan Dwyer RB/GT In between the tackles runner who can handle the load.
53 - Anthony McCoy TE/USC Pats need one pretty bad and this guy fits the bill without being a top pick.
