It's never good to have your name even remotely associated with this type of thing. More bad publicity for the Pacers.

The Pacers have a god awful basketball team, but the players sure know how to put themselves in bad situations off the court.

God awful? No. The Raptors beat us by 4 points tonight, and we've lost a lot of close games. I'd say we're below average, the main thing we lack is just the killer instinct in the fourth quarter.

Although Daniels was one of two players who seemed to have it together in crunch time against the raps. Granger was the other. The rest of the team had the deer in the headlights thing going again. :banghead:

Well, it had been awhile since a Pacer was in the news for something.

TPTB are not changing anything soon, so look for more of this nonsense. Sorry, this is managements fault. A player having a rape occur at his house, a nighttime shootout, another with drugs in a car they own, another player suspended for failing his third drug test, and another suspended to start the year because of a "friend" with drugs is not making progress.

Look for this to change when someone finally cleans house.

WARNING: :vent:

I am really sick and tired of people sticking up for these guys, Do you really expect me to believe that Daniels was just having a nice little dinner party around 9pm, where people were playing pictionary and enjoying some nice wine and cheese? Do you really expect me to believe that Tinsley just decided to quietly go out to dinner one evening in an inconspicuous car, and just happened to get shot at??? YOU ARE DEFINED BY WHO YOU SURROUND YOURSELF WITH. :upset: If you have Drug Users, Gangstas, Thugs, and Rapists surrounding you, then whether or not you actually participated in the things they do (and logically you would have a tough time convincing me you didn't) their activities are YOUR responsibility because it affects YOUR reputation and the reputation of your team and your teammates. :banghead: Its about having a shred of common sense. If you go to a nightclub at 2am with a Rolls Royce, and a couple tricked out escalades in downtown Indy, YOU ARE GOING TO ATTRACT ATTENTION. And I'm not talking about the "gee look mom, there's that awesome Pacer guy Jamall Tinsley" kind of attention.
If you host a party at your house, and the kind of people you invite or allow to enter your home, are the kind of people who COULD rape some one, MAYBE YOUR HAVING THE WRONG KIND OF PEOPLE IN YOUR HOME! I am so sick and tired of this crap. Did Daniels rapes someone? no. Is he responsible for who he surrounds himself with and how their actions reflect on himself and the Pacer organization? ABSO- :censored: ING-LUTELY.

This Rant has been brought to you by a sleep deprived, caffeine deprived lunatic. Disregard at your convenience.

We need to get a sign outside conseco field house.

"We've been felony free for 45 days"

Guess we would have to reset it back to 0.

How about a lineup of
Tinsley
Jackson
Artest
Williams
Harrison
with Daniels off the bench. If nothing else maybe the other teams would be to afraid of getting shot to show up.

Expect Larry Legend to clean house this summer.....

The Pacers, once an ideal blueprint on how to build a team, are now worse than the jailblazers of old.

I couldn't agree more.

Great post. Larry Bird must be so disappointed. They need to totally over turn this roster.
