IU thread: Bassett and Ellis dismissed from team

Apparently, the Indy Star is confirming that both Armon Bassett and Jamarcus Ellis were dismissed from the team by Dan Dakich.

Those people say Bassett and Ellis missed a pre-arranged appointment late last week, and Dakich told them that they were required to run at 6 a.m. the next day as punishment. He also told them at the time that if they didn

I am a current IU student and huge IU fan and I am glad I am graduating and wont be around to see the futility next year. It seems that Kelvin Sampson was running a real shady program from top to bottom. Not only was he recruiting illegallly, but his players werent getting good grades or attending classes or meetings very much, and so on. We better nail this coach hiring (I'm not that confident that we will), or else we are in for a long, looong couple of years.
