Did anyone hear Bayless was pissed about being traded? :-( Hes going to torch us.

Bayless was pissed about dropping to #11.

And for the other poster, Portland traded Arthur and Dorsey for Batum. :-?

And then Arthur was traded again to memphis. I dont know who he was traded for though.
Thats what they said on sportscenter this morning

Portland traded Arthur to Memphis for Donte Greene, then shipped Greene and Dorsey for Batum.

I hope your not trying to compare Reggie Miller to Brandon Rush...

Aside from that, last time I checked we didn't have a 19 ppg scorer already at SG when we drafted Reggie Miller.

Dunleavy really isn't a SG though, that's the thing.

I'm not comparing him as a player to reggie miller just comparing the fan reaction to the move.

Yes we have a guy that scored 19 ppg while playing shooting guard. But even if we didnt take rush Dunleavy was never going to be the long term solution at SG. I hope we keep Dunleavy for the forseable future, but he would be just as valualbe as a backup to Granger and Rush as he is as the starting SG.(after at least this year of Rush comming of the bench)

Growing up In Saint Louis, MO I've had a chance to see all the Rush brothers in action from their high school days on from Jaron to Kareem to Brandon. Brandon Rush is an outstanding basketball player who should be able to come in and start for you from day one. In your now uptempo system with TJ Ford at pg, Mike Dunleavy at sg, Rush at sf, and Granger at pf with Murphy at center, the Pacers should make a triumphant return to the postseason in the weaker Eastern Conference. On defense Rush would be able to guard opposing sg's while dunleavy guards opposing sf's. Dont worry about Granger defensively on pf's because most of the league's top bigs are in the West, particularly the post up variety. I also cover high school basketball in the Saint Louis and surrounding areas, check out my website if you get a chance. http://stlhoopsinsider.com/
