Sonics fans would. Heat fans are saying they would want to keep Haslem and somehow cut the Pacers out of the deal so I dunno haha.

I'd definitely do this.

But, how are the Heat going to cut the Pacers out and keep Haslem, yet still get Watson? Seattle isn't going to take Marcus Banks or Mark Blount back, so it's pretty much a moot point.

I'm not sure, one Heat fan suggested Daquan Cook which surprised me. I still think it makes sense for all teams, but I suppose if Heat can work their way around it, more power to them.

There is a thread in the trade section so you can get a more detailed perspective.

They'd have to package Marcus Banks with Daequan Cook to make it work financially, and at that point, that makes it a lot harder for Seattle to consider because they don't cut any financials and get the worse PG in the deal.

Switch Haslem with Blount and the Heat may take it. Haslem has the most value of any of these three players, and yet the Heat get the least-valued player in the deal back.

EDIT: Actually, scratch that. With Banks on the roster, Miami has no need for Watson anyway. Send Foster to the Heat and they'd do it.

id even take blount...
if blount is in this deal id still say do it...
gets us the big we need and gets rid of a player we are trying to get rid of...
win win...
id rahter have haslem but id still take blount....

EDIT
I would also think about the foster for haslem straight up...
but it seems like a deal that would work but there is no point cuz indy loves foster and miami loves haslem...
at least thats the impression i get from most heat fans...
i could be wrong...

Nope. Don't take Blount at the cost of his salary for Marquis' expiring. Let's not make a huge monumental mistake and take on big money long-term deals with no incentive.

We can find other cheap deals to send Marquis out. Marquis straight up for Stromile Swift works financially and logistically.

I'd gladly do this, but I do think the Heat need some additional incentive, maybe a couple 2nd round picks, but if they're looking to dump his salary with Beasley and Marion there, then this might be close for them.

I'd be willing to throw in a 2nd round pick for a Daniels for Haslem swap.
