Hey, I'm a Blazer fan (this has nothing to do with Bayless), and I was curious about something I was hoping Pacer fans could help me out with.
I don't have a very good grasp over who and what is really important to this team, and wanted to get some feedback. So this is my question:
What three players do you most want to see traded and what three player would you least like to see traded?

Re: Most And Least Wanted Trades
In order from least to most:
Granger
Ford
Dunleavy
Rush
Hibbert
Foster
Jack
Rasho
Diener
Shawne
Murphy
Tinsley
Baston, Graham, McRoberts I dont really car either way.
The only reason I have Murphy so low is due to contract reason only. I like his game. And if we do trade him we would have to get back another big man.

It's difficult to gauge the value of our two new rookies atm. But i think Greenway has it pretty well scouted. Granger, Ford and Dunleavy look the goods and Tinsley, Murphy and probably McRoberts aren't out cup of tea atm.

This is one game that Tinsley wins hands down.

Re: Most And Least Wanted Trades
Most:
1. Tinsley (obvious reason)
2. Murphy (Contract)
3. Tie: Daniels/Williams (They're both expirings, so there's no pressing need, but both are tainted with the off-court stuff. If forced to choose, I want Daniels to go because he's a bigger threat to Brandon Rush's playing time. Williams could still be a player, but you wonder if he's not just the second coming of Kenny Williams.)
With the arguable exception of T-Murda, I find it highly unlikely that these players could be productive portions of the future. Murphy could be (probably will be) productive, but you could get his production for much less, in terms of contract.
Least:
1. Granger (He's not untouchable, but he's close simply because he's worth more to us than he is to anyone else.)
2. Ford (He's a 25-year old PG with fantastic speed. He's not my ideal PG, and the spinal stenosis does cast a shadow, but he's probably as good as we're going to get right now at the 1.)
3. Tie: Brandon Rush/Roy Hibbert (Again, it's the "worth more to us than to someone else" factor.
At some point we have to pick guys that are going to be core to the team and go with them. The four guys I just listed seem like as good of a foundation as we have available to us.

I have no idea what you're talking about, and clearly, neither do you.

Re: Most And Least Wanted Trades
MOST-
1. Jamaal Tinsley - i don't think i need to go into details.
2. Shawne Williams - screwed us a few times and cant get rid of his bad friends. Has trouble written all over him once he gets paid good money but his value is still pretty high thus a good return.
3. Jeff Foster - with Rasho and Hibbert, i don't know if we really need him, esspicially since we're searching for a PF. Foster could land a late 1st round draft pick, which could be very nice for the Pacers.
LEAST-
1. Granger - he is the heart and soul of this team.
2. Ford - the PG we dreamed off.
3. Rush - i love the potential this kid has. Now i know i didn't include Dunleavy here because if the Pacers struggle big time and miss the playoffs, i wouldn't mind trading Dunleavy away and putting rush as a full time SG, because Dunleavy could bring in a very good return for our future.
