You'd be amazed how quickly "day-to-day" turns into a month or two with JO.

I don't understand this. Can't a fan cheer for and against whomever they like? You don't have to cheer for every Pacer, as I'm sure Jamaal Tinsley has exhibited. I want them to succeed while they're playing for us, but I really don't care either way how JO, Brad Miller, Shawne Williams, Peja Stojakovic, etc. are doing anywhere else.

Disclaimer: I'm NOT cheering against JO. I'm just saying that it's impossible to throw out concrete statements of "You can't be a fan of the Pacers if...". I'm a Notre Dame fan. I deal with way too many concrete statements from my fellow fans. All it does is piss people off.

Fourthded!!! I bleed blue and gold and have for the better part of 13 seasons now, good times and bad. I don't HAVE to cheer for Jermaine O'Neal because he played here, and I use the term played very loosely in his case. I guess I should say he was signed to the Pacers for 8 seasons, considering he only played a little over 6 seasons in terms of regular season games played.

Will I be voting for him for the All-Star team? Honestly the thought hadn't even crossed my mind in the 15-20 times I've voted. I have voted for Bosh every time though

C-Howard
F-Bosh
F-Granger
G-Wade
G-Ford

i can see why. he pointlessly came back for the celtics game on sunday only to end up on the floor again. as a raps fan i can't blame him for getting injured, but i can blame him for not learning from the mistakes he made here. at this point JO should definatlly be catious instead of trying to be a warrior.

Perhaps, yet if there if one thing that might hold JO back, it could be that he might need to prove to the Basketball world that he's fine , or maybe more relevant.....to himself :dontknow:
