I was wondering if you guys could give me some insight on your team and what you think its needs are:
1. Do you like TJ Ford? What's his story this year? Has he been hurt? The little of the Pacers that I've seen, Jack gets all the PT. Is TJ in your plans for the future?
2. Have any use for Baron Davis?
3. Anybody else you're looking to get rid of, aside from Tinsley.
4. What position are you looking to fill?
Thanks.

1. TJ's time this season has been reduced due to a niggling back injury. The reason you've seen so much of Jack is that he's been switching between both guard spots.
I like Ford, i'm a little unconvinced that he's our PG of the future, time will tell on that subject though.
2. I for one just don't like Baron. He's way to inefficient for me, and needs the ball too much.
3. The usual suspect of Troy Murphy would arise. Unfortunately for us we'll be dangerously close to the Luxury Tax mark next season when Foster's and Granger's extensions kick in, and as a few of our guys are on expirings we'd probably look to keep them or move them for the same principal.
4. Power Forward is a glaring hole for us long term. Apart from that we are reasonably ok at this point.
Just my $0.02

I can't speak for everyone, but I do like Ford. He has been hurt the past week or two and that's a concern, but I don't see us trading him because of it.
2. Have any use for Baron Davis?
I don't know about the others, but i'd cringe at the thought of having him as a Pacer. His contract is pretty huge if I remember correctly, and I just don't like him.
3. Anybody else you're looking to get rid of, aside from Tinsley.
I'm sure we're open to trading a lot of guys, if the right trade comes around. I'd especially like to get rid of Rasho. But, chances are, if we make a deal, it'll have to include Tinsley.
4. What position are you looking to fill?
Well, it depends on who we trade. If we trade Rasho or Foster, we'll be looking for a backup power forward most likely. We're pretty full of depth so unless we trade a lot of guys, we really don't have a huge need other than the backup power forward spot.

1. When he plays, yeah, I like him.
2. Baron is great if free-wheeling offenses such as ours. He struggles for the Clips because Dunleavy Sr. is a terrible controlling coach. That said, unless we got rid of Tinsley in the exchange, no thanks.
3. Not actively.
4. Power Forward who can score, not named Zach Randolph.
