...and yet we are 2-0 without him in the lineup. I'm not counting the previous games he didn't start because Brandon Rush is now the difference between now and those games. Some players are better off the bench, Ford has proven he isn't a #1 PG, he got beat out by Williams with the Bucks, Calderon with the Raptors, and Jack now. With the lineup of Jack/Rush/Granger the Pacers are 2-0, holding their opponents to 85.5 ppg in those games. I see no reason to complain.

Oh, in those two games, Rush has also held the other teams starting SG's to 8-33 shooting.

He didn't get "beat out" by Mo Williams, as T.J. was always the one to start for the Bucks. I have no problem with Rush starting at SG, and I think it was long overdue, but I would prefer the starting backcourt to be Ford and Rush instead of Jack and Rush.

I see what your saying man, but I just feel Jack is a better fit. TJ could be a solid spark off the bench, and he is even a good starter some games, but hes just too inconsistant. Jack also brings defense to the table which is huge in my book.

TJ getting demoted wasn't a retarted move at all, its not like TJ isn't playing anymore, he is still in the rotation and plays a lot. Jack is just a better fit with our starters.

Time will tell. Ford is still getting starters minutes and 20, 9, and 3 off the bench is huge. So far it is working, so I have to say it isn't (Please Use More Appropriate Word). I am not saying Jack is better than TJ, but so far this is working out well. If we lose the next 3 then I will want to change it up, but if we lose the next 3 we might as well prepare for the offseason and start Tinsley to show off his skills.

I want James Jones back. I just really like him. He was +14 in 19 minutes. I was suprised to see JO only get 2 boards.

I agree. I always liked Jones. Reggie taught him well.

Both Jones boys were dynamite, especially after the suspensions. James Jones was a James Posey clone, and Fred Jones was the Jarrett Jack of days long gone. Plus, he won the dunk contest.

Calderon has been a disaster for Toronto, he should have stayed on the bench. It's insane to say TJ isn't a starting PG, Jack is good enough to be a starter too so go with what's working at the time. It's odd though how people are riding on Jacks jock now though but during that 5 game losing skid that could very well have been the end of Indianas playoff hopes, TJ was the only guy playing hard. Jack was no where to be found and no one condemned him. Tj gets way too much hate, must've passed on from Toronto.

I just think we play a little better with a Jack/Rush backcourt as opposed to Ford/Rush.

If TJ gets starters minutes and we are winning why does it matter?
