My dream pick is Jrue Holiday. I can just imagine having a Holiday/Rush/Granger combo. No offense would want to go up against that.

I don't know what I want. Well I want Maynor, but we could trade down and get him it looks like. I don't want Flynn, too small. I need to look more into Evans and maybe Holiday. Don't love Holiday, yes. I don't know, I will just keep coming up with random scenarios where we get Rubio or something. If Jennings dropped that'd be AWESOME. There has been so much talk about us getting a PG, almost all of it really. Is TJ gone? We've gotta resign Jack, I like how he can play the 1 and 2. That'd be nice if we could trade Ford for a TPE and 1st rounder. Same with Foster (even though I really like him). We may actually have a little flexibility and could combine a couple draft picks to move up. Ehh, the Foster pick would actually have to be a pretty good one for me to do it. But I wouldn't mind dumping Ford's contract for a 1st. We can give them some $$$$, too. Maybe for some crazy reason no1 would want David Lee (but they would want Foster) or he is asking too much, and we offer him a good amount and he accepts! There is some D and rebounding. I would like him to start the 4 and Murphy the 5, though. Have Hibbert get a lot of minutes off the bench behind the 2, moving Murphy to the 4 when they both play.

Yet more scenarios that won't happen. I don't even realize I am doing it until I am finished! 19 out of 20 are not pre-meditated, it's crazy, I know!

I just don't really have my heart set on anyone/anything right now in this draft.

I don't even see any possible guys that could fall that would piss me off if we passed on them, or took them and moved them immediately, a la Bayless.

Yeah, lately i've been fantasizing a lot about the possible draft day trades that could happen.
As i've said before, the possibilities are endless. We could go the easier, less risky way, or gamble for a higher reward.
Though i'd love to keep TJ, i think he's the only guy we could market without breaking our "core". I love TJ. But if losing him would give us the elusive big man we've been looking for then, that's absolutely better. And with that, we could settle for a pg in the draft.

I second this.

I'm infatuated with a new player every day. Terrence Williams, DeJuan Blair, Jrue Holiday, Ty Lawson, Earl Clark.... Right now it's Tyreke Evans, but once I come to accept the fact that he's not dropping and we're not moving up, I'll probably move on to Brandon Jennings.

For some reasons i'm still not sold on Holiday. I don't know, well, ask me again in two weeks or more.

Evans is really getting all the love this past few days and i could see a lot of GM's interested in him.
He'll probably stay in the Top 10. The guy i could see slipping out of the Top 10 would be Earl Clark.
But between Clark and Jennings, i'd pick the latter just because i think he would be more special.

I want to stay away from Evans. I just don't trust him, or Memphis players. I feel like there is going to be a huge scandal coming out soon. More just having tests taken for them, but being paid and whatever. I guess it doesn't really matter for the player, just not very classy. Not sold on him being an NBA player. I need to see more of Holiday. Don't like him right now either, but I also didn't like Westbrook. I don't dislike either and it'd be great if one could slip to 13 (won't happen), but I just think it's kind of a weak draft and they're getting more attention than they normally would.

^Calipari runs a famously shady program. Have fun with that, Kentucky.

The PG's I want, in no particular order:
Curry
Flynn
Holiday
Evans
Teague

I am highest on Evans and Curry. I really like Evans after watching him against Missouri in the tourney. Curry is a great shooter, would be good in our system. I think I would be happy if we get any of these PG's.
