I'd say if Hill doesn't make it then take Hansborough at #13? It's a risk 2-3 picks too high, but Hansborough is rising to the late lottery area. To give you some idea, I just finished watching around the Horn that did a good five minute segement on him and they talk how teams are starting to take a look at him.
Hornets are looking at him at #20.
Bulls have an eye on him at #16.
Even the Nets have him in for a workout and they pick #10.

You forgot Josh Boone also. But regardless of the glut there, only Lopez looks like a true starter, the rest still have a fair amount to prove.

Sean Williams isn't in their future plans, hell he spent a chunk of last season in the D-League and wasn't even playing well there. They're trying to trade Yi already, and Anderson is just not that great and will be an Austin Croshere type at best. They're by no means set at the 4 or 5.
