I'm going to go Mullens. The Bulls need a big who can score the basketball some. While Mullens isn't great at this point in his career, I think he's more offensively adept in the post than anything they currently have.

The Bulls can be fringe-contenders in the next couple of years, Mullens doesn't help them and probably doesn't get the PT he needs to advance his game. I went Hansbrough here.
