Buying draft pick
I keep hearing stories on how teams are looking to sell their pick. The 3 million dollars it would cost is that against the cap or just pocket money out of the owners own money? I keep getting confused. Thanks.

Re: Buying draft pick
It's "just" pocket money. Doesn't come out of the salary cap or luxury tax, but $3 million is still a lot of cash.
I can only see a certain number of teams buying a pick. I don't see Indy being one of those. We're more likely to trade a player we currently have under contract for a pick.
