Hansbrough signs with Pacers

The Indiana Pacers announced Wednesday they have signed their No. 1 draft pick, Tyler Hansbrough, to a multi-year contract. Per club policy, terms of the contract were not disclosed.

Great news, he's been a beast in Summer League, Hopefully some of his numbers can carry over into the NBA's regular season.

If he carries over half of what he's been doing in the summer league, it will be awesome. In Summer League, with no system or gameplan or offensive sets, he's doing fairly well against NBA-caliber talent, and I think that he will be even better inside a system.

He will make about $1.5 million in 2009-10 and nearly $1.7 million in 2010-11, with a $1.8 million option for the third year.

All i know is from watching him in summer league he's going to draw about 1.5 million fouls
