Another training camp video. In this scrimmage Collison and Hibbert absolutely were the best players on the floor (though they may just be highlighting them at the moment since it's only a 4 minute clip). I do think that TJ is going to be a good backup. I'm so glad we got Collison because it looks like he is going to be a big contributer. Hibbert obviously has put in work, I think he looks quicker! Hibbert also showed some nice shooting ability. I'd like to see a lot more out of Paul George (though he could be an excellent defender when it's all said and done). But it is still training camp, so I'm not going to be too harsh on him. Lance seems to be more confident than George at the moment though. I love when they post these videos!
Can't wait until the first pre-season game on Wednesday (I think that's when it is).

Foster starting? I read this:
Source: IndyStar.com
The Pacers' starting power forward job "is Josh McRoberts’ to lose," according to beat writer Mike Wells.
"[McRoberts] has been the best player in camp so far," writes Wells. "And [coach Jim O'Brien] even said he’d probably play about 36 minutes a game if the season started today." Fantasy owners should watch McBob closely as a potential source of rebounds and blocks, even though his career numbers (83 games in three seasons, averaging 3.3 points, 2.5 rebounds, and 0.4 blocks in 10 minutes per game) are too small to read into.

He went from, what was it, irrelevant to 36mpg. O'Brien doesn't know what he's talking about. Burrd please fire this clown.

Re: Pacers Training Camp Video 3!!!
Did anyone else see that Hibbert 19-footer at about 1:30? That was PURE SILK.
then at like 2:40, he works the low block well and tips in his own miss.
Then at 3:05, BOOM another silky smooth long ball.
Just a very promising look.
TJ Ford looks as crappy as ever.
If it's true that McRoberts is going to get the starting spot, I hope to god it's because he's finally figuring it out. Remember, the guy came into the NBA after only one year of college, and as a big guy, it often takes a few years to acclimate. He was like a top-10 prospect his senior year of HS, chances are he just needed a few years to get bigger and adjust to the level of play. It's also possible that he's just the only one remotely capable.
