I have no idea what you're talking about, and clearly, neither do you.

In fairness, they put up SIGNIFICANTLY better.
But, yeah, 3 blocks is too many.
I would say best-case statline is 18/8/3.5/2. He's going to have some off nights.

I'd be pretty cool with 17/9/4/2.2 on decent efficiency. Anything better than that is just gravy.

Those numbers would make him one of the 5 best centers in the NBA.

5?
I can't think of anyone but Dwight who would be comparable or better to that, except Lopez, if keeps scoring 24-26 ppg. The passing does much to make up for the difference in scoring between him and someone like Lopez, too. He'd be arguably the second-best center in the league, since Yao's only going to be playing 24 mpg or so and no one else would be mixing scoring and passing that well, nevermind blocking shots and doing a decent job on the glass, too.
EDIT: Durr, Duncan, who will probably still be an 18/10/3 player and maybe Bogut. But beyond them and Dwight, who? Not Jefferson, not Kaman, not Horford, not a healthy Perkins (or Shaq or JO), not Noah, not anyone in Dallas, not Biedrins, not Bynum, not Marc Gasol, not anyone in Miami, not Love (even though they play him out of position to randomly give Darko minutes), etc, etc.
With those numbers, he'd be at worst the 4th-best center in the league and still arguably 2nd or 3rd.
