Paul George isn't hurt is he?

Because I don't think he's logged any minutes the past couple games has he? I knew that Rush's return would cut into his minutes, not eliminate them completely.

Obie is weird. No news has been reported about any injury.

Nope it was just reported that the rotation would be strictly 5 (iirc) guys. So George was the odd man out.

he's going to have to earn them and with both Rush and Dunleavy playing well minutes on the wing will be limited unless we are playing a game where it makes sense to play small ball with Danny at the four.

I really like it when Obie says Collison still has a long way to go... wtf is he saying? How about adjusting your offense around his skillset.

Last year DC proved to be 3/4ths of Chris Paul in the right setting. Now Obie's bullS!@# offense has turned him into a non-factor. To me this is all the proof Larry needs to find a new coach.

Paul George was doing a fine job, it is what it is, but his time will come next season for sure.

rookies warming the bench is pretty normal. besides with Mike looking to be back to himself, Paul is the 4th best wing no matter who is the coach. almost no NBA coach is going to sacrifice wins to develop a rookie and that includes whoever you think will coach next year .... although if Mike isn't resigned, then Paul moves up.

So far this season has looked pretty promising. So as long as we're in the playoff picture, George will be the 4th guy, unless injuries and implosions happen.

Sadly, it will probably be the same once we're out of the picture if the last two years are any indication. We lose the games when we need to win and win when we need to lose. Story of the 2008-' Pacers.

JOB thinks its best to play guys who played well the previous game, one bad game and they ride the bench. George looks a bit tentative and he sits. Or if they are 7'2 then they have to sit no matter what. Hell Aj price looked really good in the preseason, and i dont think he has been active yet.

This is exactly why i get so mad watching pacer games and have been in pain watching them for the last couple years. How is a player supposed to develop when hes worried about being benched for struggling the tiniest bit and when he plays well, gets benched anyways?

Jim O'Brien is consistently inconsistent when it comes to rotation. And it sucks. The other guy who did that famously recently was...Mike Dunleavy, Sr. I don't think his offense is failing us, it's his decision-making.

Honestly, I still am on the fence about the Pacers. We have no shot at all at winning a title, although making the playoffs would be a good thing for the fans and the young guys, make them hungry, but honestly, I'd rather just let the young guys play and develop, regardless if it's our best chance to win or not, if we can make the playoffs w/ those guys then awesome, if we lose a ton of games then we get a decent draft pick which we could maybe package with an expiring to get a great player that we need. I want to win and make the playoffs, but what good is it when you will go no where? I'd rather let the young kids play.
