Question about Conseco Fieldhouse seating

Hey Pacer fans, I hope you all had a great holiday season!

I'm a longtime Magic fan and I was hoping to go see the Pacers/Magic game coming up later in January. Unfortunately since I'm a broke college kid I'll have to purchase the 15 dollar seats. So here's my question for any of you who have been to the fieldhouse before: how easy is it to go sneak to the lower level and take some empty seats? I'm assuming this game won't be sold out so hopefully there will still be seats available down there.

Please don't think of me as a bad person for wanting better seats! If the seats are going to be empty anyways though, I might as well be the one to occupy them!

there are good cheap seats even at face value. I recommend trying to get low in an upper deck corner rather than high at center court. also be aware that scalping is legal in Indiana so there will be tickets available on the street outside the game for less than face value.
