Even I think it's time to part ways with him.
One of the main reasons why he is still here has been thrown out of the window by Paul George:
He is our best wing defender now.
A wing rotation of George/Granger
Jones/Dunleavy with Stephenson on the horizon
looks more balanced to me than a rotation with Rush in and one out.
Dunleavy might not be SG starter material, his basketball IQ and his shooting can be really useful for this team. I expect him to resign and I wouldn't be against it. For the right money of course.
As we've seen as of lately, Jones has that figthing mentality that is so much needed in closing out games and in the playoffs. I'd prefer to keep him.
Rush doesn't hold too much value, but we should be using every expendable asset in our trade conversations.
Chicago and New Orleans are in my eyes perfect destinations for him with New Orleans having the more attractive pieces for the Pacers. If they would be willing to trade either one of West or Okafor.

Re: Rush's Future
letting the trade deadline pass without moving any of the rotation players might be viewed by the players as a vote of confidence.
