and tonight turned out to be one of them. 25 points and an unusual 8 boards. one game is hardly a trend but I'll take tonight's shooting percentage in every game and be happy.

Good to see Barbosa continuing his excellent play for you guys. He's a unique talent and I think you are going to enjoy the show.

He can come in and take a game that was quickly getting out of control and get you right back in it.

If they can give Hill some help and get a SG with some point skills, he might become our future PG.
He is such a good player.
Still think Hansbrough could become our starting PF. He is everything but a bad fit next to Hibbert with his toughness, energetic play and I wouldn't dare to leave him open.
Ok, they are not going to overpower anyone, but it will be very hard to outwork them.

Hill
EJ - type of player
Granger/George
Hansbrough
Hibbert

Is the glimpse I got of our future last night ...

Sorry to take this slightly off topic but I have a quick fantasy-related question to ask Pacer fans. In my league I'm first and it's a pretty solid cash league. Our trade deadline has passed and I recently lost Steph Curry (likely out for the year) and Derek Rose (They're in no hurry to get him back now that they locked a playoff spot). Our league has a lot of teams, 14 roster spots and some RealGMers who know ball so our waiver wire at the moment is massively picked over. All that said, George Hill was recently dropped and I'm thinking about using my waiver priority on him. There's almost no other PGs left (guys like Udrih, Vasquez, Bayless, and even the Bulls backups are all rostered) and with Curry and Rose out I can't really afford to drop in assists/ass:to/steals. It looks like Hill is getting the upperhand on Collison and has 5 assists through the quarter tonight. Do you guys think he will steal the starting position and become fantasy relevant? I'm first in waiver priority and was hoping somebody would drop somebody better by now but they haven't and I can't really wait it out forever.

Is this 5 assists through the quarter a fluke or is it conceivable that he could take and keep the starting PG spot and average 6-8 assists per game? Thanks in advance! Sorry to derail!

Hill is on a roll, and he's a more "stable" option than Collison is, right now, realistically. Unless Collison comes up with a monster game, i think Vogel would give more minutes to Hill, regardless if he's a starter or a reliever. Among your other choices, Geroge Hill, i think, has the best potential to key in heavy minutes. And in fantasy, as we all know, minutes = value.
Collison would be beneficial in the 2nd unit i think. As his speed won't allow defenses to rest, and he can pound heavy on the other teams exhausted guards.
5 apg, is too much to expect, i guess, but he can actually average 4 a game. He's more of a shooting guard with good enough handles. But the addition of Barbosa, and the ability of the wings to knock out threes, can actually increase his apg.
I have Hill on a 18-player, 20-team league and he's really helping me a lot.

Btw, nice to see how Hill and Barbosa connects. They're almost identical.

I like it that 2 Raptors fans came to comment in this thread :D

I honestly see Hill as a better long term option than Collison. I suppose it doesn't really relate to this year's fantasy ball but that's the beat way I can put it.

Were you not a fan of the 4 points on 1-4 shooting and 2 assists in 25 minutes?

Nuntius do you still think Darren Collison is an average starting point guard?

Collison needs to go to a team that wants #1 pick in draft imo.
