And another very good point is that Wade and Lebron had to go 110% to pull out the victory in what was a close game. It was failing to limit the other players (namely Haslem) that really sealed it, and that has been a large part of our gameplan for the whole series.

But Pendergraph is way too small. And he's even skinnier than Lou.

There were a handful of times last game that if Lou or Tyler had been taller, they could've contested Lebron's drive. Lebron attacks the rim because he knows he's stronger than our bigs except for David West. Even if Fesenko gets destroyed in 10 mins or less, he'll surely give the Heat some memorable hard fouls, and eventually would add to their exhaustion.

Fes hasn't been any thinner, IMO. The wider he is, the better.

Fes was always a very good PnR defender for his size. But I'm not sure if he's fit enough to play at the moment.

I wouldn't necessarily say that Foster was in game shape last postseason aganst the Bulls, but if you play them in quick spurts than conditioning is really more irrelevant.

No one can argue the impact Foster had on last years series. I am aware Fesenko is nowhere near as tough, but at the end of the day, he can clog the middle, alter shots, and rebound.

As things stand, when West and Hibbert are out of the lineup LeBron becomes the most dominant force on the court.

Alternatively, in regards to drastic changes I think going small defeats the purpose of our advantage down low. In fact, what is much less drastic would be to stick with a traditional lineup, especially in this series.

I'd close the series with Fes at b/u C and Lou at b/u PF, in order to let Tyler earn his minutes.

I hear all the arguments not to play Fes but I don't understand not even dressing him. Jeff P isn't playing other than in garbage time and he can do his spaz routine in a suit. how can it hurt to dress Fes even if you only plan to play him if all our other bigs foul out?

I think this is the best point. LeBron had to have a 40/18/9 game, and Wade had to go something like 9/10 shooting in the 2nd half just for Miami to squeak this one out. I think that bodes well for us. If we can at least push LeBron off his points a bit and keep him at 30 and off the boards, and make Wade work harder for his points, I don't think that Mike Miller or Mario Chalmers can keep them in this.
