DJ is playing nice off the bench. Ian is having a good game as well.

Not enjoying this rally from the Jazz. We need to slow this game down.

I don't like the 3rd quarter so far.

The disparity between our play in home and away games is crazy.

That shouldve been a foul on Hayward to send West to the free throw line

Jazz fan here, you guys got screwed. I'm sorry the game had to end that way.

EDIT: Nevermind, apparently the bottom of the backboard is considered "in play".

"Throw-In Violations 9.2.2 SITUATION A: Thrower A1: (a) causes the ball to carom from the wall behind him/her, or from the floor out of bounds and then into the court; (b) caroms the ball from the back of the backboard to a player in the court; or (c) throws the ball against the side or the front face of the backboard, after which it rebounds into the hands of A2. RULING: Violation in (a) and (b), since the throw touched an object out of bounds. The throw-in in (c) is legal. The side and front face of the backboard are inbounds and, in this specific situation, are treated the same as the floor inbounds."

Still sucks to lose that way though. I think you guys have a better team, you just played a really sloppy game.

We didn't really deserve to win. That Carroll foul on George as he was falling out of bounds in the end of regulation was questionable as well. So, I guess that this made up for it :-?

Anyway, thanks for being classy enough to come here and say this, you guys :D

Bad loss for the Pacers there. Of course, Utah is elite at home and we are weak on the road but the way it turned out it could be ours. We didn't really deserve it, though, as I said.

It just makes the Blazers game MUST WIN. We have to go 2-2 on the Western trip.

They need to try to win next game, but I don't consider losses in road games against playoffs teams as that big of a deal.

Denver is 17-3 at home. Only Spurs, Miami and OKC do better. Pacers are right behind those 4.

February will be the month where we must win most games. All are home games or road games against lottery teams. We will get our place back and hopefully expand the gap :)

Pacers battled back late and managed to make a pretty good game of it, but I felt like Utah outplayed us for much of the night. The team was too careless with the basketball, and the defense was shredded all night. That being said, I thought the team showed a lot of fight.

The lack of capable wing to pair with George is now becoming alarming. With Stephenson now struggling and Green out/struggling, we could really use Granger back.
