FYI... Stubhub ticket prices continue to rise from yesterday's numbers.... might because DG and D. Rose are confirmed to play. Rose saying maybe starter minutes!

Because Pacers fans have been wanting to see Granger for over a year? Maybe? Sure, Rose and the drive down business from Chicago helps a ton, but it's exciting to be a Pacers fan all by itself right now.

He played like 4 games last year? He also is old & far from as good not to mention he's on the way out(again). I don't believe he is causing ticket sales to go up, it's all fueled by Rose.

What's it matter?
I am a Bulls fan and Pacers fans have every reason to be excited.

Soooooo true. Indy is just a sleepy little burb of Chicago that is so excited just to be graced with the presence of our big city Bulls. I don't know what we'd do without them!

I'd imagine that multiple factors are rising prices. An opponent whose fans can drive down easily, the return of the local fans favorite player, the return of the successful local team for a run at a possible championship, and also the return of Derrick Rose (who appeared to anger all Chicago fans last year by not playing).

allow? technically no and you definitely can't get in the very best seats without showing a ticket, but as the game goes on you can probably improve your position some as long as you don't sit where someone else is sitting. if the ushers see two groups trying to sit in the same seats, they are going to ask for tickets and send the movers back upstairs and from that point on they'll be on the lookout for you should you try to move down in the same area.
now if the question is whether to buy cheap seats online, I'd say don't bother and instead buy discounted seats on the street. if there are lots of open seats, the prices on the street will be low. in addition to the scalpers that do that for a living, you'll also find ticket holders selling extra. season ticket holders get the preseason games for free so don't be afraid to offer $10 or $20 for lower bowl seats.
you might want to print out a seating chart as the sellers may not be fully truthful about locations.
Hey where did you say the scalpers usually are? If I find parking by Delaware and south will there be any on the way to the field house?

of Derrick Rose (who appeared to anger all Chicago fans last year by not playing).
Some were mad others were accepting. It was the most vocal but not the only one.

Pretty sure the favorite player is George, but obviously yes for your team returning that's a factor but the factor for the rise in tickets solely lies on Rose.

I 100% agree. Who are these Pacers? WE ALL LOVE THE BULLS!! NO "PACERS" FANS WILL BE IN THE FIELDHOUSE!!!
Solely is an awfully strong word to use. Would you like to rephrase it? Rose certainly contributes to the rise in ticket prices. Also, the immediacy of the game. It's no longer days away. Ticket prices ALWAYS rise in the few days leading up to the event here. It's awfully haughty to think that no one decided to buy tickets in the last day because they just realized the game was so soon, or that they just found out that Danny is playing, or that they're excited to see the local team play.
