I'd say it has partly to do with the fact that Lance has made some questionable plays recently, but for the most part I'd attribute that to him still being incredibly young/raw and overzealous at times. I don't think it's really oversight from our playmakers as Hill didn't see the ball much either before the 4th and George was just on fire. Have to give credit to Matthews as well, he kept with Lance the whole game.
I don't think we should placate Lance though. Some of his issues seem to stem from him wanting to be involved as he's been awesome when he is and sulks when he's not (though not as bad as he used to). We're just a much better team when he's focused.
I think at this point we know George and West will get theirs. I worry about Hill not getting shots up early as we need him making shots down the stretch. Hibbert will ultimately get his touches and doesn't need them early to be engaged. Lance is the one who can really help or hurt if he doesn't get going though.
Like I said, I understood the idea behind dumping it into Hibbert early (get Lopez some fouls), but I'd like us to just play our game and not focus on things like that. If Hibbert were Duncan, it'd be different, but we won't be throwing it to him in the 4th consistently. Just give it to him when he's got position and run the offense as normal so it doesn't stagnate in the 2nd half like last night.

I believe him as well, although I worry about it setting an example: Tom Thibodeau "How do we get Roy out of the game?" Noah: "I know, a way!"Spoelstra: "Did you see how Noah took Hibbert out of the game? Go do that Greg."
Vogel is Dutch for Bird.
