I think you guys should let ET guard the inferior wing man on offense. And when Avery Bradley and Jeff Green are on the court, you guys should let ET guard Bradley and let Lance guard Jeff.

ET just have a hard time guarding the wings because of his lack of length and athleticism but he's OK when guarding opposing SGs.
There’s never been a time in history when we look back and say that the people who were censoring free speech were the good guys.

I'd agree with that. Lance can match up with Jeff when PG is not in the game.

In any case, that was a good first half. Our D could be better but I don't want to nitpick.

Not a good 3rd quarter. The Celtics have momentum and the lead now.

Hmm, meanwhile MIA is killing the sub-.500 team they're playing.

I think IND is about to lose the #1 seed to a team that's not even trying that hard. Nice job.

Except from the fact that you have been warned from several mods in other team boards

Damn I missed the tradition! Miller4Ever needs to come back.

Anyway...Am I to expect that Turner will never pass the ball?

Nah, he will pass the ball. He is a good passer and he did have 2 assists tonight. He was just in a groove tonight and that's why he took more shots. I'm a fan of going with the hot hand so I'm fine with it.

The defense the last couple games hasn't been great at all. We've played 6 game since the Allstar break against below .500 teams and each of them has scored 96 or above.

That's true. The effort doesn't seem to be there consistently. That said, we still seem capable of locking up for a few minutes when really needed.

I did like the fact the Vogel played ET PG lance West and hibbert together. But I don't expect to see that often

and in his post game comments, Vogel made clear that it was ET at the point. we went to a concert last night so I didn't see the game on TV but I caught much of the 4th quarter on the radio driving home. listening it seemed like Lance had moved to the point but Vogel called it the other way with the 4 starters playing their normal positions and ET playing Hill's spot.

I think it will take a few games for ET to learn what his teammates can do comfortably. he's probably used to having to do more on his own than he will need to do here. I think the passing will come. and shooting percentage is a function of shot selection. I'd like to think that his percentages will improve as he discovers when the best option is a pass.

Evan Turner looked pretty good last night. 17 points and made some nice shots. Played point pretty well, too.

But I think he tried to dominate the ball too much. That was okay in Philly with not many other options, but that won't work here.
