Just thought I'd share something I found online about how well the state of Indiana was represented during All-Star Weekend.
Friday:
- Myles Turner participated in Rising Stars Game
- IU alum Mark Cuban played in Celebrity Game
Saturday:
- North Central HS and IU alum Eric Gordon won the 3-point shootout
- Lake Central HS alum and current Pacer Glenn Robinson III won the dunk contest
- Brownsburg HS and Butler alum Gordon Hayward was runner-up in the Skills Challenge
- IU alum Victor Oladipo was a finalist in the Talent Showcase
- Marion HS alum Scott Wood won the D-League 3-point shootout
- IU alum Troy Williams won the D-League dunk contest
Sunday:
- Paul George participated in his 4th All-Star Game as a Pacer
How awesome is it that even though Indianapolis itself has become more of a Colts game, we are fans of a great basketball state!

Re: Indiana repped as All-Star Weekend
I thought this thread was going to be about us potentially hosting an all star game (http://www.indystar.com/story/sports/nba/pacers/2016/02/13/pacers-plan-make-case-hosting-nba-all-star-game/80341416/)
I'm glad we were well represented, and I saw PG and Turner pretty enthusiastically cheering on GRIII in the dunk contest.
Alas, I still remember the days when not that many people cared about the loser Colts, but decent Pacers tickets at MSA sold up fast.
