Pacers Sign Ben Moore

We're offering a partially guaranteed contract to SMU senior Ben Moore. Supposed to be a defensively minded PF.

I believe he will be one of the two way contract slots that were added in the last CBA.

hmmm, there are only two such contracts available and i had our second round picks getting them. of course, I've also written that Ike could have been a pick for the Lakers.

Would be nice if the Pacers finally find their stud in the second round or undrafted pool.

The Ringer put out an article about Ben Moore and what Larry Brown thinks of him. They speak pretty glowingly of him, it's a good read. Check it out. Kid could be good for us.

I'm really intrigued after reading that Ringer article. I think he could be a positive contributor in a couple of years, nothing flashy but a high IQ guy willing to do anything the coaches ask. And, I really like his build, he possesses a body like Brandon Ingram.

That article compared him to Derrick McKey. I'm interested.
