I still say 24-25 wins. The interesting thing I'm seeing is the number of partial guaranteed deals for next season. This could set the team up to deal multiple players for other contracts to get other teams in position to make deals and the Pacers get paid off in the form of draft picks.
This coming season will be interesting I'd like to see Lance start at point and Collison as the back up. Question is are the Pacers done now? KCP is still out there. I know he's an SG but if you want to go small he could play SF and he's a solid defender. I'd shoot the rest of my cap at him for 3-4 yr deal with raises.

I wanted to do this as well, but after paying Bojan I doubt we have the cap space to get that done.

Just listened to KP's interview. Sounds like KCP would need sign a two year deal with very little guaranteed in year two to come here. Pritchard also indicated that 2018 would be much more a team market after all the overpriced contracts awarded in the player's market of the last two summers. He doesn't think the Pacers are done which makes me think he sees a market for Thad Young.

I think there is a good chance Young is traded there is no need for him on a team full of guys that are 20-24 yrs old and he's getting $15 million. Somebody would like to have him and should give a late #1 for him.

Don't forget he said that before Bojan signing was known.

At the start of the interview he said some very complementary things about Bojan. Said he could not comment. I believe he knew that deal had gone down and understood that everyone else did too.

The interview I listened to was with JMV (1070 the fan). A link in the General Board.

Check it out. He pretty much says all the noise from Boston bore no resembelence to reality. Makes me wonder if a real offer was even offered at the deadline from them. Did seem like he conceded that a better deal could have been had at the trade deadline.

He also hinted he had permission to pay tax if Paul were staying.
