There is a nice OKC article comparing: Victor Oladipo vs Gordon Hayward

I am glad not to have to worry about Paul George leaving for nothing. That's OKC's worry now, I wish them the best.

Re: Victor Oladipo vs Gordon Hayward
I have ended up being glad to get something in return for Paul George even if it did t end up being as much as we could have gotten last year. Glad that Oladipo is here. Let's see what we can do in a weakened Eastern Conference.
Obviously Oladipo isn't on Paul George's level of talent, but if our roster construction makes any more sense this year than last year then perhaps that will help offset his loss some.

Re: Victor Oladipo vs Gordon Hayward
Oladipo and Sabonis isn't nearly as bad a return as people want to make it to be. Considering we had no leverage, we likely did extremely well to bring in a player the calibur of Oladipo. I have no doubt that Pacer fans will love Victor. He isn't the level of player that PG is at this point but Victor doesn't take games off and will leave it all on the floor each game. He and Myles will end up being the faces of our franchise for the foreseeable future. With that said, Ill take that over PG and his antics.
As far as Victor v Gordon, I'm not sure how much I buy into that. I do like the comparisons, logic, and thought that went into it though. Interesting read none the less.

Re: Victor Oladipo vs Gordon Hayward
Oladipo had a career-low usage rate last season so his stats didn't get the leap he might've gotten staying in Orlando. However, he's raised his 3P% every year despite raising his attempts every year so it looks like he's gota real shot at being a good positive impact. Given how weak the east is this year, if he balls out, he could even get an all-star nod
(1% chance)
