I like Domas' all-around game. I don't think he'll be a "star" in the usual sense of the term, as while he does many things well I don't think he does any of them exceptionally. But that's ok, I expect he'll have a long career being a great glue guy filling holes in all sorts of lineups.

Long term though I think we need him to be able to play alongside Myles.

I project him to be somewhat like Patrick Paterson though Sab game play IQ is much better than Patrick's.

BBIQ gets criminally underrated on BB boards, because the only way to see if a player has it, is watching games without taking your eyes off Sabonis for a single moment. Every move he makes, every decision he takes has to be analyzed to guess his BBIQ.

It's much more than just looking at stats.

I just realized Sabonis and Valanciunas are from the same country, is that your connection too or do you just happen to very much like his game?

Yes, I am Lithuanian. Naturally, there will be more lurkers in your forums from my country since Sabonis joined your team. Though I am not too optimistic about Sabonis unless he proves he can be consistent offensively.

PPat is bad rebounder, Sabonis is a good one, at least in college he was a monster rebounder.
