you wouldn't?
...mmh, let me know why please, I have high hopes!

I really think he is a star in the making...this could be me, being naive, because I know his defense is terrible right now and his health is another think, but I feel like he has unlimited talent. Offering him the max would be a bad move I agree, but I am expecting a lot out of him.

I would agree with you on that. Washington is gonna have huge Payroll issues coming pretty soon. When Wall's contract goes ballistic it's gonna get ugly. If they want to move a big contract I'm not willing to pay a premium to get it.

Porter for Bogie, Al Jefferson and a top 20 protected 2019. They can cut Bogie and Al and only pay $5.5 million for 2018-19 and eliminate all the future years of Porters contract. They will be in the tax next year and the year after paying the repeater tax is gonna bite.

The Wizards would rather get a good return with a bad contract included for John Wall, or use their 1st to dump Mahinmi, rather than dump Otto Porter for nothing.

Mahinmi is a pretty terrible contract. If he'd play the way he did the last year as a Pacer then it would just be bad. I'd consider taking him back if we're gonna play Damos and Myles at the 4/5 and Ian would be the back up center. He's physical and plays or at least used to play D. Give me the Wiz 2018 pick and a 2nd in 2019 and I'd take him back.

Which is part of why I say he is all about himself. He always put himself above the team. He always got upset if another Pacer took the last shot, even though he never hit one himself. Remember how upset he got with CJ Miles over that?

Bingo.
