Most of them were Laker fans that never posed a valid argument to begin with. Easier said than done, but you just have to try and not give them your energy.

I think the perception that Vic was overpaid was pretty pervasive everywhere.

I'll even admit to having that opinion prior to the season, and I was one of Vic's biggest fans coming out of IU and throughout his time at Orlando. Save to say he's a bargain at 20 million today.
