Holiday out and Craig questionable. Starting 3 guards.

Edit: Craig playing.

I stopped after one quarter to watch an episode on Prime. It just ended so I'll give it a few minutes.

I missed all but last 2 minutes of first half and appears I have seen this episode of Pacer’s a season of woes.

Saw another glimpse of hope in Wanamaker looking better.

One silver lining is the Pacers have the 7th pick in the upcoming draft if season standings remain true. However the downer is unless the Pacers are in disguised tank mode Pritchard is liable to trade our first for a center or two future seconds.

Honestly, we win this game without Levert. He has skulls but he needs the Lamb treatment at this point. Give him a chance and if it's not working, just bench him.

Really early, but to be honest, neither of those are a liability at all. In Pritchard time in Indy, he has dealt a first away once, and for Malcolm Brogdon. He has also acquired a first by dealing low value 2nds and Aaron Holiday for it. He’s many things, but dealing a 1st for a center or two future seconds are not things he’s done in Indy. Or in Portland, really.

Yeah I'm seeing the same thing. He's been a bad ballstopper (Brogdon and Duarte have too), makes risky decisions, and takes awful shots with a form that never seems to be the same.

I guess it's better than paying Vic $25 mil for nothing but disappointing nonetheless.

Yup no surprises. This is one of those instances where it should be reviewable though. Stuff happens so quick and I don't believe any of the refs were in a good position to see the grab. If it happened off an inbounds play the baseline ref would've caught it instantly.

Seeing how our team played with wanamaker made me think that we maybe need to look for a starting level point guard.

We are asking sabonis to be our playmaker (And brogdon and levert are only looking to score).
He is pretty good at it for someone his syze but Imo it kills our flow offensively when he has to do it too much.

I think Brisset needs to play more. Do you think he is capable of playing some 3 with Sabonis and Turner ?
Space the floor and is a bit Athletic. We need some of his energy on the floor.

LeVert is probably better suited for a backup role. Duarte's probably not ready to be a full time starter yet, though. But it's a positive thing that our rookie is competing with a 7 year vet for the starting job
