Come next year who do you like better as Hali’s backup TJ or Lance?
unless the draft gives us a point guard or a combo guard, I keep them both. who plays when can depend upon matchups and they can play together if Buddy is injured or in foul trouble.
oops, that sort of assumes Brogdon is gone, doesn't it. if Brogdon stays, there may be no need for Lance although I think he'd want to stay even if he's third string.
I assume Sykes is gone
If Brogdan stays We've got Brogdan, Hali, Duarte and Hield. Most nights you wouldn't need either Lance or TJ. That would be a good thing. Lots of bodies to be moved for Sykes to make any sense.
Of course everything is speculation until they see if Warren is healthy and wants to be here ongoing or if they need to fill his previous role.
Concerning point my wish list is
Haliburton -starter
Rubio -back up if they resign otherwise TJMCis backup
TJMC traded or backup per Rubio decision
Lance end of bench vet limited minutes to pick up the pace and fill in for injuries
Trade Brogdon ASAP
Trade Goga
Resign Smith if possible
Draft position 3 and 4 based on roster moves since we’re guard heavy and center heavy.
