I hate that Hali has to endure this but landing in the top four could get us a better player than we have on the roster right now. May be acquire a running mate for Hali to play with for the next 10+ yesrs.

true, but Cavs pick will at worst be in the neighborhood of where we got Jackson last year and our pick will be much higher than the Duarte pick. even the 2nd round pick could produce a sleeper. don't dispair ... yet. there will be plenty of time for that later.

That's true, if the Cavs make the playoffs. Remember, the pick is Lottery protected. I'm not 100% sure of them making the playoffs, with the way some teams are now playing and the schedule they have remaining.

But let's hope.

They’re locked into the play in tournament, and will likely host at least one, if not both of the games they might play in. If Mobley, Allen, and Garland are healthy, I wouldn’t worry too awful much.

But really, they’re locked into at least the play in, if not playing up into the 6th seed and avoiding it.
