I have not seen the video...and I refuse to watch it.

That kind of stuff SUCKS.

On the Bulls board I said, "He will be back by the All-Star break"...and I'm sticking to it.

Good luck PG!

First off, I have watched the video and let me say OUCH.

Hope he can recover for NEXT season because no way he's back at the break. No way.
By the way, I'm not a doctor but I play one on TV.

I'm hoping he gets to 100% for himself. Don't worry about getting back playing this season.

Rehab and rest for a season, then comeback as he feels best and hopefully back to his best.

Exactly. Do what's best for himself.

And good luck to him. I'm sure hell get world class care.

Just dropping by to say that the injury was extremely disturbing. I couldn't take a second look.

I wish him and the Pacers all the best. Hope he comes back better and stronger next year.

My god do I feel bad. No more appropriate place to say so than on the Pacers board.

I pray he recovers soon and comes back 100%.

This is tragic.

So sorry about PG, Indy fans. But if good karma is true, this might benefit you guys in the long run. Maybe get a high draft pick and trust Larry to draft a stud. Ya never know. Prayers go out to PG tho

Up to now I still can't find the words to describe what I am feeling. But in the right mind, it was an accident, and the first thing he should do is to get healthy with no pressure of people rushing him back.

The Pacers could be looking at an upcoming lost season. My initial thoughts were to try to accumulate young talents / draft picks in exchange for our expiring contracts and experienced vets. But we could also try playing through it and hope this serves as a motivation for the other guys to step up. I prefer the latter.

Warriors fan here.... My condolences, that stinks for the Pacers and the fan base. George is a good guy and obviously a very good player. Nothing more I can add on that point that hasn't been said already.

For some perspective - Kevin Ware (Louisville) suffered his compound fracture in the NCAA tournament on March 31, 2013, and returned to play in a preseason exhibition game on November 6, 2013. Just over 7 months later. (For the record, Louisville had earlier exhibitions that Ware didn't take part in.) I don't know if George's injury is similar overall (i.e. did he tear any ligaments or tendons, or is it "just" the bones), but if it is, there's a precedence of about 7 months, which would be early March.

The Pacers are cursed from the riot to this. But I tell you what, my only thoughts lie with Paul George. I don't care if next year is a down year to be honest. Give him the season to heal and arduously rehabilitate the injury then in Oct/Nov of 2015 I think Paul returns to form, and the bone will be stronger. I know the visual was horrendous but I have faith that PG will recover.

Jazz fan here. Just want to say I am so sad for Paul, his family, and the entire pacer nation. I live here in KC and PG is my son's favorite player and the Pacers his favorite team. We are devastated. So sorry to everyone involved. That's it.

Wow, what an ugly play. One of the few non-Raptors' players in the league I actually enjoy watching, really hope he can make a fast(ish) recovery.

Pistons fan here

I know our teams have a decorated history however that injury looked awful, and if that was my teams star player I know how upset I'd be.

Wishing PG a speedy recovery and I hope the pacers find a way to push through
