Rarely does a team outside of the top 5 land the #1 pick, but Chicago did get Rose when they only had a 0.9% chance of the #1 pick 3 years ago.

Remember that there's still a shot at number 2 or 3 as well. Any of the top 3 slots will offer a quality player (Wall, Evans, Favors).

We aren't as lucky as San Antonio or Chicago.
