The team completed thier coaching staff by signing Fort Wayne Mad Ants coach and former NBA player Vitaly Potapenko as Mike Wells just reported:

I kinda understand Obie might have some good "ties" between his players back in his Boston days, but are they really worth signing?
Maybe Potapenko could also teach the young bigs some toughness.

When he played I called him "Potty" to avoid attempting to sound out his name.

what were you expecting? were you looking for Byron Scott to sign on as an assistant?

Another meaningless assistant signing. He'll be gone with Walter McCarty after the season. O'Brien just doing favors for guys.
