TJ to the Bobcats looks like option

With Felton going to the Knicks I think it would be a good time to send TJ to the Bobcats. Now do they have anything that could be useful to us. The only thing I see is another big maybe. I really think Diaw would be a great fit with the Pacers, I know his contract runs till 2012 but I really don't think that would hurt us.
I kind of liked the 3 way that I come up with Pacers/ Bobcats/ Hornets
Pacers Out: Ford, Foster, Murphy, Rush
In: Diaw, Chandler, Collison, Henderson
Bobcats Out: Chandler, Diaw, Henderson
In: Ford, Murphy, Posey
Hornets Out: Collison, Posey
In: Rush, Foster
For the Pacers it moves Ford which I think we are trying to do and gives us a starting PG. I think a 2/3/4 line-up of George, Granger, Diaw would be pretty productive with Hibbert or Chandler in the middle.
I don't know about Bobcats just depends how they like Ford. Murphy would be upgrade in rebounding for them and they get out of the last year of Diaw's contract.
For the Hornets I think this trade has been throwed around and some like it and some don't. They get out of the last year of Posey's contract and get a back-up big that is expiring. We could even throw in a 2nd.
Maybe Ford for Diaw is a little more likely.

I think if the New Orleans portion of this deal was possible it would have happened by now. Can't imagine the Pacers haven't made this offer with additional value to boot.

Not much value for the Bobcats in that deal and they give a lot. How about this pacer send Dunleavy, and TJ for Diaw and Nazr Mo.
Then Foster to Portland for Andre Miller.
Or this I like if it could be done. Foster and Diaw to the Blazers for Miller and Pryzbilla. Pryzbilla is hurt and his contract is insured I think we'd only be on the hook for 20% of it? Correct me if I'm wrong someone.
We end up with insured Pryz, Nazr, and Miller for Dunleavy, TJ and Foster. Nazr expires after the season and Miller is fully non garanateed for 2011-12 and could be cut if we find a better option.

For the love of all things good, New Orleans is NOT trading Collison. It's not happening...let it die already.

I want Rush to stay and i'm not a big fan of either Diaw or Chandler.

We need to trade all of our expirings for a good player, that doesn't want to stay with the team (current team) after and crappy contracts. Like does if NO had a bunch of terrible contracts and they just want to start over, but they have to give us CP3 (he is unrestricted though, isn't he, this plan is hittin the fan). But noone will sign with us, and to get a very good player (already proven-not drafted) we need to take back a whole bunch of bad contracts. New Orleans could be intriguing to players, Indy isn't. Then we need to get lucky in the draft, and keep CP3 for life. That's why I wanted Byron Scott, so CP3 would want to play for him and raise a family here.
Really I don't think there are any players right now like that, or any teams that would do that. I guess we would have to do it with young talent and hope it works out
Also, what about Conley after this year? I think that is very possible, especially if Vasquez plays well. That is, of course, assuming that my CP3 deal that has a 1 in 5000 chance doesn't work out.

Here's my small move idea - TJ to Golden State for Dan Gadzuric. Both are expiring and both are kind of redundant; however, Gadzuric is a million and a bit cheaper. This gives you room to find the short term point guard stop gap thing that TJ isn't going to be.
Yay? Nay? Ballpark?

It's a yay from me Sham. Both are expiring, and I doubt Ford is going to get much of a chance to play unless absolutely need be.

Pretty much. If we can save a million, I'm all for it.

Just saw this on Twitter from Mike Wells:
Wells222 Cross off Charlotte as a possible spot for TJ. Reports out of Charlotte and Toronto have the Bobcats on the brink of acquiring Calderon.

Now why would they want to do a stupid thing like aquiring Calderon?
