Just checking in to give some love to your team. I can see them making as high as 6th this year with a little luck.

I really like Granger, Collison and Hibbert. I think Roy can be a massive difference maker if he can stay on the court. I'll be dropping in throughout the season,The Pacers are going to be my team in the east (at least for a yar)

I think the NBA is a better place when Indy has a competitive team. Missing the Reggie, Mckey, Croshere, Best, Smits teams of around 2000

I'm crazy enough to think #6 might actually be within the realm of possibility (it doesn't look like there are very many good teams in the East this year).

But whether the Pacers make the playoffs or not, this is the most enthusiastic I've felt about the team in several years. I have high hopes for Collison at pg, and Hibbert looks like he could be pretty solid at center. Those are the two hardest spots to fill. Get them filled, and this team is on its way.

I've allowed myself to imagine a world where we are the team that upsets Miami in the playoffs.

I have too, but the sky in that world is not blue.

I can imagine a blue-sky world in which the Pacers finish sixth in the East this season.

Indiana is going in the playoffs, eight seed. Hope so.

I hope they make the playoffs too.... i'm cheering for them
