If the roster remains the same...?

If the roster remains the same what do you think is the most likey senario going into the season roster-wise?
Does someone get dropped for Rolle?
Do we not sign Rolle?
I for one would like to cut our losses and just waive Solo and sign Rolle. Is this possible financially Scoot?
What other options do we have to add Rolle? We wouldn't waive Price or McBob's non-guaranteed contract would we?

It's hard to say what they will do because of how confusing JOB's doghouse is. It seems like everybody not named Granger was in the doghouse at some point last season. I'd say waive Solo first. If nothing else, J-Mac is an energy guy off the bench. Solo didn't do squat (although JOB started him over Hibbert at least one game for whatever reason.)
Even though keeping Price would mean having 4 point guards, I would put up with it for this year. Ford definitely won't be back next year and Stephenson may not be depending on what the team does with him punishment-wise for his assault charge. Price is solid for a 3rd guard bench-warmer, as he did fairly well when he filled in for an injured Ford/Watson last year.
So I would look into waiving Solo or tacking him on in a potential trade proposal. Jones is an expiring contract, but only $2 million and Rolle would be considerably cheaper considering Lance signed his contract for only $800k or so. Hopefully signing Rolle works out. (I could also see potentially including Rush in a deal. He's inconsistent, now in trouble for that drug suspension, and hasn't panned out yet. It would clear the wing position by one more and get rid of a headache.)

I think Price is safe. I'm pretty sure they want him to be the backup point guard, and from recent reports it sounds like he might not miss too much time from his leg injury.
Solomon Jones seems like the most likely guy to go. But keep your eye on the Stephenson situation.

Clark Kellog took almost the whole team out tonight. All the guys were tweeting about it. They went laser tagging and then to Bubs burgers in Carmel to take on the 1 pound burgers. They included Lance too. From what I read on Twitter Clark took out...
Danny
Foster
Rolle
Price
Dunleavy
Rush
Lance S
Lance A
PG
Hibbert
That's good that there hanging out though. Hibbert tweeted something like "this is the most fun I'd ever had with my teammates. I love this team." Hope they're building that chemistry!

If this is true, then that is great, they seem to want to concentrate on chemistry and teamwork.
Really happy that Dance S was there. If he stays out of legal trouble I see him as having a great future with the team. Just hope Obie doesn't keep him in the doghouse.
Psycho T is one name that jumps out as not being there. Not trying to read into this fact too musch, but I do remember seeing some interviews/videos with him and he didn't seem like he was the most social or outgoing guy, but again, this isn't a big deal I guess

I wouldn't read too much into it. I feel like when he's on the court, everyone's glad he's on their team. He may not hang out with everyone, but it doesn't mean there's bad chemistry.
