Bummer. I had set my hopes up on him taking over the coaching job somewhere down the road this year. Most definitely when reaching the playoffs.
We will have a good team now, it might be time to get a good coach too...

And I don't like getting a new coach at midseason.

When he retired from coaching the 1st time he said he never wanted to coach again

Glad he's willing to remain royal to the organization since he still hasn't exactly rebuild us, we are still probably not a top 8 team in the east and very far away from being a top 4 team. But, it's nice that he said no to remain with us, but that being said, even if he did want to coach again i am not sure he'd jump on the Cavs job. I don't think too many people want that job post-James era, and they may be farther down the pecking order then we are in terms of rebuilding.
