Orlando vs Indiana

The starters actually looked good early. Pretty good ball movement building a decent lead in the first quarter. The second half was a totally different story. Ball movement was pretty much non existant and Orlando built a nice lead.
Granger has got to be better than he was tonight. His shooting percentage wasn't as bad as it was at Memphis but he was still inefficient. He was generally guarding Carter when he went of from the three point line. As it has been noted from many sites Granger needs to improve defensively.
Hibbert and Collison were about what I expected. Hibbert looked leaner, quicker and a lot more confident. Collison is fast, has a nice looking shot and defends aggressively. I would have liked to see him assist more.
I have to remind myself that Howard, Nelson and Lewis have multiple years together while Hibbert, Collison and Granger only have the benefit of a couple weeks. I don't think its a wild stretch to think our big three could one day be as effective as Orlando's.
For no more than he's been able to play in the last year Tyler Hansbrough looked pretty good. McRoberts didn't play much but from the little I saw he looks better as a rebounder and defender. I'm not sure we have a remarkable weakness at power forward.
Paul George struggled. Lance Stephenson wasn't as bad defensively as I was expecting and off the dribble his combination of strength, quickness and savy is remarkable.
