Does JOB know he will be here after this season?

I know not everyone on here likes Dunleavy but if he can prove he can still play, even if its coming off the bench cause Rush, George and Danny are our future at the SG and SF I would like to see him back especially if the price is right. Give him a 3 year deal worth at most $12 million maybe $9 million.

Well, I don't think anybody wants to re-sign JOB so it's a wash.

Honestly, I wouldn't hate it but at a MUCH cheaper rate. Because after next year, Posey will be nearly 35 and is coming off the books anyway. But if Duns is willing to come off the bench, be some automatic offense for a few minutes a night, cool. Then the 4-wing rotation can be Danny, PG, Rush, and Duns.

As long as JOB isn't on the Pacers sideline when/if it happens.

There's a team out there that will pay more for him.

In which case, whatever, let the man go.

you're right..theres a team that will pay more for him..and they will overspend...he's not worth more than 4 mil a year...but i could see him wanting to stay in indiana for a modest salary

I think he's been useful. If he plays as 6th man in a 2nd unit that includes the likes of Price, Hansbrough, and Paul George, this will be a deep team.

Man, AJ Price is not talented enough to play PG in the NBA. I'm sure he's a great person, and a hard worker...smart kid...etc...that's why he has a job right now. I don't think any other team in the league would put him as their backup point guard if they had a choice. Get ahold of yourselves Price-riders...this is a guy who barely started at UCONN. Kemba Walker was working him in practice as a true freshman....

Who cares what he did in college.... And if he is not talented enough, why is he playing??? 7.2 PPG shooting 34% from 3 point range.. Lets see you do better troll

I wasn't able to start watching until mid-way through the second quarter.

If you're watching on League Pass, how bad as Celtics announcer Tommy Heinsohn been? I know he's able to be a homer for the local broadcast, but from the few Celtics broadcasts I've watched, the guy is unprofessionally biased, even going so far as to call out referees for trying to screw over the Celtics (not so much when they're winning, but when they're losing. Ironic isn't it?)

^^Definitely.

This isn't the gamethread, though.

My bad. I had both threads open in two separate tabs and apparently posted in the wrong one.

I wouldn't mind having him back. He's a good rotational player and is a nice guy to have on your bench. I just don't want him back at anywhere close to his current price.
