Why can't JOB quit on the team & walk out like he did in BOS

He walked out on the team in the middle of the season, following two deep playoff runs the years before (somehow.) About 50 games into the season, he had a period and resigned because Danny Ainge traded away Eric Williams and Tony Battie. YES...ERIC WILLIAMS AND TONY BATTIE and walked out on the team.
Why can't he do the same for us?

We already traded Murphy. All that's left is to trade Scrubleavy. And he's gone.

TJ Ford too... they are friends now even though JOB ruined Ford's career.

I don't believe this. Jim does not like TJ. You don't bench him for Earl Watson and still like him.

He has to wait until the season is un-salvageable. That way he can really screw you over.
