THE SKINNY

Image

VOGEL! VOGEL! VOGEL! VOGEL! YES WE CAN! YES! WE! CAN!

Image

WHOOOOOO!!!!!!!!!!!

THE LINEUPS

Image

Point Guard
ImageImage
Calderon is a dangerous shooter that Collison can punish all day because the Spaniard struggles with defense. As long as the Pacers are aware of where he is on the court, it should be a simple matter of closing out on him.

Shooting Guard
ImageImage
DeMar DeRozan has heaps of athletic ability, and is scoring 15 points a game. Luckily, he can't shoot threes. If Dunleavy can't keep up, Paul George can.

Small Forward
ImageImage
Danny Granger has picked up his efficiency, if not his prolific scoring. That will be helpful. The Raptors are still deciding who their permanent starter at SF is, it seems, with Sonny Weems performing underwhelmingly and Julian Wright not wowing anybody.

Power Forward
ImageImage
We might see some Ed Davis/Tyler Hansbrough tonight. That would be sweet. Hansbrough will score 69 points.

Center
ImageImage
Hibbert will probably be benched in favor of matchup...oh, wait! I FORGOT! THAT **** MORON ISN'T HERE ANYMORE!

Let's all cheer or something.

THE BENCH

Image

ImageImage
ImageImage

The Raptors bench is depleted from injuries, but they have some good youth. Ours is BETTER!

THE COACHES

Image

ImageImage

YES! BAM! UH HUH!

THE INJURY REPORT

Image

Pacers
Brandon Rush - Ankle: Out.

Raptors
Reggie Evans - Foot: Out.
Leandro Barbosa - Hamstring : Out.
Linas Kleiza - Knee: Out.

THE HEAVY MATTERS

Image

-WIN!
**** WIN!

THE TRADITION

Out with the old boob, in with the new...

Make it epic. This is our first game free of JOB's tyranny. Big game.

I really hope Frank Vogel gets a standing ovation today. If nothing else, it's a way for the fanbase to say "suck it" to JOB.

I don't think there is any doubt that he won't get a standing ovation.

I wish I could be there. I'd like the roof to blow off of the place. Anyone with video for the game make sure you watch that so we can see how it went. Also, I wonder if the players will look more pumped and energized.

I see a blowout in either direction. I think if we lose, it'll be double figures and if we win it'll be by double figures.

Don't insult your team that way by suggesting the Raps will beat you by double figures. The Raps are incapable of defeating any team by even single digits, let alone double digits.

Let's just leave it at the Pacers blowing out the Raps and move on.

I hope for a "Lar-ry Lar-ry!" chant to thank for him firing the clown.

For those watching what was the pregame atmosphere and fans/players reaction to Vogel?

He did just have 20/8 ? :-?

I guess that's why, idk. I think as long as he and Tyler take the majority of the minutes at PF that's fine w/ me.

We've seen that the tempo under Vogel will be a bit slower.
