I have been with my fiance for almost 5 years. She is not a basketball fan, but she understands sports. She has never watched a basketball game on tv with me until today. Midway through the second half she said to me, "This is awful. The bulls are the #1 team; they are playing the last place team. It should not be this close They shouldn't be the #1 team."

I then had to explain to her how good the bulls actually were, and that the pacers were just finally playing like they could (and should) have been playing all year.

Case and point... coming from a complete basketball novice... the pacers "ARE NOT WHO WE THOUGHT THEY WERE"...they're better... go pacers

We're no Golden State Warriors on the Dallas Mavericks.

But we are playing better than we have probably all year and very few people give us credit, still.

Brawl? What brawl? As if a little tiff with some fans could possibly result in the collapse of Reggie Miller's last legit shot at getting a ring and ravage the franchise for 6 seasons. What brawl?

Walking into today's game, we probably got the most respect nationally for a sub-500 8th seed team that was down 3-0 as humanly possible.
